Chairman

Kyle is also the founder of the 4:12 Foundation, which he established in 2020 with the help of his wife Carly, and co-workers, Bridget Fouse and Ryan Franks. In addition, he is a co-owner and managing partner of DSF Wealth Management Group in Pittsburgh. Giving back has always been important to Kyle and he is amazed by the resilience of the 4:12 Foundation's grant recipients. He is grateful to be a small part of helping them through very difficult situations.

Community Outreach Coordinator

Carly is the wife of 4:12 Foundation's founder, Kyle, and she works to develop relationships with foundation grant nominees to determine their needs and connects with other organizations to assist grant recipients who need specialized or extra support. She also plans fundraising and community events. Carly is a client concierge specialist at DSF Wealth Management Group in Pittsburgh. She and Kyle have two children.

 Ryan Franks, a Huntingdon native, has always been deeply connected to his hometown and committed to giving back to those in need. Growing up in a close-knit community inspired his passion for helping others, especially individuals and families facing difficult times. While he now lives in Pittsburgh, Ryan remains dedicated to supporting Huntingdon and Western PA through various charitable efforts and initiatives that aim to make a lasting impact. In addition to his community work, Ryan is co-founder, managing partner, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional at DSF Wealth Management Group, where he uses his expertise to guide clients toward financial freedom.  

Marketing Coordinator

Carly is happiest when volunteering, whether it be at the schools where her three young sons attend, the local food bank, or other charity events that pop up with her employers. She has worked in several marketing communications and project management roles at local Pittsburgh companies and is thrilled to assist in marketing efforts to help grow the 4:12 Foundation's cause.
