One of the following criteria must be met to be considered for a grant:

1.  Must have recently experienced a significant, life-altering event, such as a major medical diagnosis, loss of an immediate family member, serious accident, or catastrophic loss. General financial hardship, eviction or job loss alone does not meet our eligibility requirements. 

2. Must have a child/children experiencing significant health issues or disability.
