The Tortorice Family

In August 2024, the Tortorice family lost everything in a devastating and tragic house fire, including their daughter-in-law, unborn baby boy (she was 6 months pregnant), and pets. Even before the fire, they faced financial hardships, just being able to make ends meet. The family’s matriarch, Sharon, had also fought and won breast cancer in the years before the fire.

They couldn’t afford home insurance, so they are truly rebuilding their entire lives and need help getting their basic needs met, including a place to live.

The family was donated equipment to help them demo their home, which was a complete loss after the fire. They are working hard to clear their property so a new mobile home can be placed where their destroyed home once stood. This is where we come in! We've been working together to help this family, who has faced many horrible obstacles over the years, rebuild their lives.

We're happy to report that as of 12/14/2024, the Tortorice family's new mobile home was delivered to their demoed property. Thank you so much for helping us support this family to come back stronger after the tragic events they faced in August.
