Preston's Story

Preston is 6-year-old boy with a complicated medical history that includes congenital blindness and autism. He has a feeding tube, uses a walker and is non-verbal. Due to his blindness, he has disrupted sleep cycles. He previously slept in a crib but could climb out and unfortunately didn't understand the dangers of this. 

He was in desperate need of a safety bed for safe sleep. Despite multiple requests by his medical team, his insurance repeatedly denied a safety bed that fit his needs. 

The 4:12 Foundation  granted Preston a brand-new Cubby Bed from the funds raised at our golf outing in August, 2023. This bed provides Preston with a safe and secure place to sleep and provides immense relief for his mother.
